Return of Goods

Our policy, in accordance with current Spanish regulations, grants you the right to return products purchased from makoplant. When returning an item, three situations can occur:

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return it if you change your mind.

In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the return is accepted, you can choose between a full refund or a discount voucher for future purchases, with no expiration date.

The product must be returned in the same condition you received it: unused and in the original packaging in good condition, as it must be resellable.

2. Defective Products or Warranty

Most of our products come with a 2-year warranty. We will cover all costs of collection and shipping. If the product is defective, we will send it to the service center or manufacturer for inspection, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

2.1 Seed Warranty

Seed Bank Seeds: The customer must send the defective seeds to our facilities in their original packaging. For some seed brands, we need to wait for the manufacturer to inspect the seeds before providing a solution.

Measuring Probes: The manufacturer provides a 3-month warranty from the purchase date. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs when sending the seeds to our facilities. They can use regular or certified mail; the cost is usually around €2. If the warranty is accepted, we will cover the shipping costs to send you new seeds.

Please note: Cannabis seeds are sold for decorative purposes and for collection. Makoplant is not responsible for the use or cultivation of these seeds and does not encourage any use other than this.

3. Shipping Error

If we send you the wrong product, we will take responsibility for collecting the incorrect item and sending you the correct one at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. Here’s how to cancel your order easily:

If you cancel before the shipment of goods, there will be no additional cost to you. If cancellation occurs after shipment, you will need to cover both the shipping and return costs. Don’t worry, we are here to help you every step of the way. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Return Conditions

To ensure the return of a product is accepted, it must be properly packaged, as we sent it: in its original box and, in turn, inside another box, well-padded to prevent damage during shipping. For example:

If you return a fan because you no longer want it and send it directly in the manufacturer’s box without padding, the shipping agency will put stickers on the box, and it may get damaged during transport, making it unsellable. In this case, we will not accept the return.

If the product does not arrive in proper condition, we will not be able to accept the return. Just as we ensure that products arrive at your home in perfect condition, we ask that you take the same care when making a return.

Please indicate the order number on the external packaging when returning an item. If a pickup is scheduled, the transport agency will send you a label to place on the external box.

You can return the product through the transport agency of your choice, or you can request a pickup from your home, paying the upfront cost. Contact customer service for information on the amount of the pickup cost.

Proper Packaging

In order for us to accept the return of a product, it must be packaged properly, just as we sent it to you. This means it should be in its original box, and then placed inside another protective box with padding to prevent any damage during shipping. For example:

If you’re returning a fan because you simply don’t like it and you send it back in the manufacturer’s box without any padding, the shipping labels will be stuck directly onto the box. The box could get damaged, and the product could break during transit, making it unsellable to someone else. In this case, we won’t be able to accept the return.

Condition on Arrival

If the product doesn’t arrive in good condition at our warehouse, we won’t be able to process the return. Just as we take care to ensure that products arrive at your door in perfect condition, we ask that you take the same care when returning an item.

Order Number

When processing your return, please make sure to clearly mark the external packaging with the order number it’s associated with. If you request a pick-up service, the transport agency will send you a label to attach to the external box.

Return Shipping Options

You can return the product through any transport agency of your choice. Alternatively, you can request a pick-up from your home by pre-paying for the shipping cost in advance. Please contact our customer service for more details on this charge.

Returns Due to Product Defects (Warranty)

If you request a pick-up because of a product defect (under warranty), but after being inspected the product is found to be in good working condition, you will be responsible for the pick-up and return shipping costs. Additionally, if the product has been used, no discount voucher or refund will be issued.
